Uphold Construction was founded in 1990 by brothers, Darrin and Troy Uphold, after working for several local contractors in the late 1980s. Younger brother Andy worked with his older siblings during the summer months while still in high school, and then officially joined the family business in 2000 after completing an electrical apprenticeship with Current Electric and earning his journeyman electrician certification.

After the sudden loss of his brother, Darrin, Andy was determined to keep the business going and continue delivering the same quality and care that the community had come to expect from Uphold Construction.

Today, Uphold Construction remains locally and family owned and operated, continuing a 30+ year tradition of providing clients throughout northeast Ohio with personalized service while performing high quality, custom work for all residential home improvement projects.
